Mount: Sky Watcher EQ6-R Pro
Camera: QHY268MM, cooled to +20C and +10C, gain 56, offset 10
Scope: Sky Watcher Esprit 100ED, 550mm FL
Field Flattner: Sky Watcher supplied with the scope
Filter: Antlia narrowband and RGB filters
Rotator: Pegasus Falcon
Guiding: QHY- OAG, QHY5-III guide camera
Control: Primalucelab Eagle 4 for complete control of acquisition, power, dew heating, and cable management
Sequence control: NINA
Processing: Pixinsight
Light pollution conditions: Bortle 3, sky brightness: 21.0 mag/sq arcsec
Moon phase: about 35% and 0%
Exposure: Lum- 70X300 sec= 5 hours 50 min; R- 35X300sec= 2 hours 55 min; G- 26X300sec= 2 hours 10 min; B-21X300 sec= 1 hours 45 min; total exposure: 12 hours, 40 min.
Dates taken: 2 nights in Sep 2023
Location: Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province
Notes: Very hot weather and camera was cooled to +20C one night and +10C to avoid malfunction. I had to drive 205 km to the location and I got stuck in the sand and had to dig myself out. I had to fight and wind and high humidity.
