Description

I originally attempted to capture this gorgeous structure 2 years ago with my ASI 1600 and the RASA.  I never was content with my rendering. I attempted to add ASI 294 data, but misaligned the capture that same fall.

I lost track of recapturing it last year, but this year added  it back to capture list. The difference with the ASI 294 and the leap forward in processing with AI tools is hard to understate.  Image B is a star aligned version of my previous attempt compared to this years capture. While I am still not overly thrilled with the small stars adding a grainy appearance, I feel significant satisfaction capturing an object like this from my backyard.

LBN 576 and CTB-1 is a quite dim  Supernova Remnant approximately 10,000 light years from earth in the constellation of Cassiopeia.
