Description

My interpretation of the data collected by Martin Pugh (Remote Astrophotography with Martin Pugh (martinpughastrophotography.space).

The tarantula nebula region is full of interesting objects. Among them is the Wolf-Rayet star Brey 55, southwest of NGC 2070 towards the edge of the image. Brey 55 likely causes the blue (mainly Oiii) ring-shaped nebula around it.

Another interesting object is the blue nebulosity probably caused by the stellar winds of 30 Dor 016, which is a massive O2-runaway star. It is also southwest, of NGC 2070, but much closer (Link).

Yet another is an infrared source just south of the central cluster. There is not much known about it, but I found it to be interesting as it can be captured both in Ha and Sii.
