Description

Hello again friends!

Another image of the amazing aurora (solar storm on May 10/24) from Sandilands park, 80 km east of my city.

In this image you can see the very bright white streak of the ISS, as it blasts overhead from west to east.   This is a 6 second exposure so the ISS appears as a tiny bright streak, lower right hand portion of the image.   Not much detail with a 10 mm lens, but it was cool to see this satellite with the auroral backdrop.

Thanks for looking.
