Description

LRGB-image of Barnard 228, aka the Dark Wolf Nebula.
Barnard 228 is part of the Lupus Molecular Cloud some 500 light-years distant.
Lying in the constellation of Lupus, the Wolf, B228 earns its nickname as the Dark Wolf Nebula.
