Description

The Great Cygnus Wall complex imaged in Hydrogen-alpha, Oxygen-III and Sulphur-II narrowband.  The Wall is part of the North America nebula (NGC7000) in the constellation of Cygnus. The Wall consists of hot gas, dust, and newly formed stars.
This is a colour image using the SHO Hubble colour palette.
Created with Astronomik H-alpha, SII and OIII 6nm narrowband filters.
Sub-images Ha: 21x300s, SII: 19x300s and OIII: 19x300s.
