I recently became a member of the Royal Canadian Astronomical Society who manage a
16 inch RCOS 3550mm telescope at SRO- see
@Rick Veregin . Piggy backed to the scope is a Hutech modified Canon 6D with a 200mm lens.
This image is from the RASC DSLR data base from 2021
I paid $100 for the use of the file set and I am not sure it should be tagged Professional, scientific data and every one already knows how I feel about Amateur Hosting.
All I know is this shitty weather made me do it.
The interesting part is that this is 1 hour with a DSLR camera and lens from a dark site

Anyone who thinks that all Backyard astro stuff should be in the same category as Dark sky astro stuff is nuts.
