Description

This is a very faint blue reflection nebula, found at the end of the long dark nebula Barnard 175. It's named after German astronomer Max Wolf (1863 – 1932), who thought the structure resembled a cave.
I actually imaged a 3rd night, attempting to get some of the background h-alpha data seen in a lot of great photos of this object (remnants of an ancient supernova), but the sky was just too hazy to get anything worth adding. I plan to try that again if the conditions get better soon.
