Description

Last weekend, while I was waiting for my main rig imaging the Leo Triplet, I played little bit with my DSLR. Since this image was taken without a star tracker or equatorial mount, I was not able give longer than 3 sec exposure at F/3.2 . With limited sub exposure time, I had to increase ISO to 6400. Taking 355 sub frames, I was able to lift SNR little bit. To avoid significant loss of field of view due to stacking artifact, I had to re-center the field manuallywith a camera tripod and my hands every 50 frames.
