Scope: Sky Watcher Esprit 100ED, 550mm FL

Filter: Antlia narrowband and RGB filters
Rotator: Pegasus Falcon
Guiding: QHY- OAG, QHY5-III guide camera
Control: Primalucelab Eagle 4 for complete control of acquisition, power, dew heating, and cable management

Processing: Pixinsight and Photoshop
Light pollution conditions: Bortle 9, sky brightness: 16.0 mag/sq arcsec

Exposure: Ha- 82X300 sec= 6 hours 50 minutes; O3- 85X300sec= 7 hours 5 minutes; S2- 83X300sec= 6 hours 55 minutes; R- 81X30sec= 40 minutes 30 sec; G- 83X30sec= 41 minutes 30 sec; B-84X30 sec= 42minutes 0sec; total exposure: 22 hours, 54 min.
Dates taken: 3 nights in Oct 2023
Location: Saudi Arabia, Eastern Province
Notes: It has three objects: two nebulae and one open star cluster. I wanted to fit it all on one frame. Light pollution was horrible in my place, but I managed to take stars with 30 sec exposures. Processing done in SHO pallet. Color mapping done in Photoshop.

Views by Submitters (available since September 19th, 2023) Every image is assigned to 50% of available Submitters. In the event that at least 80% of them don't view the image before its time in the IOTD/TP process expires, it's assigned to the other 50% of Submitters and the process begins anew.
Promotions by Submitters When 3 distinct Submitters promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for Top Pick status. This requirement, in addition to anonymization of images and distribution to only a subset of them, prevents biases and ensures that the best images are selected.
Promotions by Reviewers When 3 distinct Reviewers promote the image, it moves on to the next stage of the process: evaluation for IOTD status.
Early dismissal Staff members have a lot of images to inspect on a daily basis, and they can dismiss images if they believe they don't meet the requirements for IOTD/TP selection. If an image is dismissed 5 times, it's removed from the process. This streamlines the process and ensures that any bias present in promotions could be overruled by other staff members.
