Description

What do ya do when it's one of the clearest best astophotography nights
you've seen in a while but there's a bright full moon but you still want to image Deep Sky.
Well I added data on the brightest deep sky object I could find with a dual band filter -M42.

Note: I was using 55mm Back-Focus on this rig but that was not correct this scope and reducer
requires 65mm Back-Focus so last years flats had an incorrect (BF).  I still used that data and did some cropping.

This is a layered image with the 4 filters using layering in GIMP.

Telescope:   Meade 6000 80mm  APO Refractor  f/6.0  (480mm Focal Length)
