Description

Took this from my driveway with fairly dark skies, asked a couple of my neighbors to turn off their outdoor lights and I think it really help.  This is M33 aka the Pinwheel Galaxy, aka the Triangulum Galaxy.  M33 is supposedly the farthest away image away (around 2.8 million light years) that can be view by the naked eye.  M33 was in a Star Trek Next Generation episode (Where no one has gone before) and was the galaxy they visited.  It is estimated to be about 55,000 light years across or about 1/2 of our Milky Way Galaxy.
