Description

The telescope is "in the shop", so I got out the Vixen Polarie portable mount and gave it a try from my house.

The Polarie only tracks in RA, and isn't capable of being guided. It took a while, but with good polar alignment, I was able to get 6.6 minute subs.

The HA filter used is an unknown brand with unknown specs, other than it's 58mm, a big filter that fits over the front of the camera lens.

The lens was at 100mm, f/6.3
