Description

So I was looking over the data that I was in the middle of shooting (giving it a quick integration to see how it was looking so far) and I noticed something strange in the rejection data, a streak of (maybe) a tenth of a degree or so (a wild guess, I didn't actually measure it).  Too short to be a satellite, especially since it showed up in all three channels over the course of maybe five hours, I figured it must be an asteroid.

So I went back and checked, and sure enough, turns out it was 779 Nina, right there in the middle of my field.

So I decided to process what I had (which, honestly, is not nearly enough data), and add it back in (in monochrome, since it would be three colors otherwise).  And here it is.  If you look really closely, you might be able to tell when the series paused to focus (I shot everything past the meridian flip; I was finishing shooting IC1805 which is in a previous entry here).

...I'm probably going to start this whole series over in the near future, for one thing I've got a much better idea of how I want to balance the data (there's not much blue, but that's where all the noise is, since it's stretched a bit more than the other channels).  Pretty sure I want at least triple the data I got here.
