Description

ic 410 the Tadpole Nebula is a  is a region of ionised hydrogen gas spanning over 100 lightyears across that's carved and sculpted by streams of charged particles called stellar winds emanating from open star cluster NGC 1893. i took this picture from Bortle 5 backyard with my RC8.  It was a long long looooong time ago, when we still have some clear skies vs clouds clouds and more clouds. Neverless, it was not warm, somewhere around the freezing mark, cold enough that going outside gave you a small thermal shock. Of course it's not winter yet, but sometimes the around freezing temperatures are actually more difficult to handle.
Enough about weather, i have had my RC8 for about 8m now and still trying to make sure she is perfect.  I have to say the latest in Pixinsigh helps processing immages that are less than perfect.  This image is only about 5h of integration due to weather conditions. Hope you like it.
