Description

Could not resist an early posting of this first process on Cygnus Wall star formation emission nebula, from -34° South, captured Saturday night / Sunday morning.

Guiding a horizontal scope was difficult, but I'm very happy to have got this result on an object that only rose 11ish degrees in my location.

If you peep, you'll see I can't quite get it to stack properly. This is not a problem I've encountered before, and think its caused by the chromatic aberration created by imaging through so much atmosphere. Open to suggestions!

You Northern Hemisphere folks have a lovely part of the #MilkyWay to appreciate!
