This is a combination of my previously posted images of M42 and friends in two different wavelengths (Ha and Near Infrared). In the processing of this version I put a focus on the different nebula colors according to the two wavelength parts. The channels are mapped as follows:
R = Ha * NIR
G = Ha
B = Ha
