Description

I had just photographed this beautiful moon that allowed me to publish this image here: https://www.astrobin.com/331669/

At the end of the session, while I was going to get the equipment, I noticed a big "star" very bright, almost the opposite. I immediately thought of Jupiter, and a visual in my big binoculars confirmed me well because its four galilean moons were clearly visible.

With the Tamron pushed to the maximum - 1200 mm - I then made a series of shots, at different settings, not knowing yet how I was going to proceed for the rest, having never photographed a planet.

Finally I selected 19 images that PIPP aligned and AS! 3 chose 7 for stacking. This is the close-up picture that I incorporated into a background image.

Focus image on Jupiter (for close-up) :

Focus image on Moons and Jupiter (for background image) :

The Galilean moons are the four largest moons of Jupiter (Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto) that were first seen by Galileo Galilei, in January 1610.
