Slightly tweeked Neat Image processing (read the instructions) . I used one of their canned noise profiles and combined it with the noise profile from the image. They autoselect the best profile. It appears you can develop profiles specific to your CCD and have these on hand to apply routinely. I did not manually tweak any settings.
