Description

NGC246 is a planetary nebula located in the Cetus constellation.  It is the first planetary nebula known to have a hierarchical triple star system at its center.

I took a slightly unorthodox approach processing this one. I used a combination of Ha and O3 data for a luminance layer, but used HaRGB data for the color as the O3 signal seemed to drown out everything else.

Thanks for stopping by.
