Description

NGC3576 and NGC3603 nebula NGC3576 is known as the TorchBearer nebula and also the Statue of Libery nebula in North America, named interestingly by the esteemed Aussie Astrophotographer Dr. Steve Mazlin.
The Torch Bearer is in the Sagittarius arm of our Milky Way Galaxy and a few thousand light years away from my next target the Eta Carinae nebula.
This image is created from 1.5 hours each of Ha, Oiii & Sii captures combined using the Hubble SHO Palette.
