Description

The Heart nebula is an emission nebula in the constellation Perseus. At the center of the nebula there's a small open cluster (Collinder 26) which energize the gas around it forming the distinctive heart shape.

It took me some time to capture this image due to all the smoke from fires in the Pacific NW along with some cloudy days which is getting worse as we approach Autumn.
