Description

A visual treat in Coma Berenices, highlighting two Virgo Cluster galaxies: the barred spiral M91 at 63 +/- 16 Mly distance and central spiral NGC 4571 (58 +/- 11 Mly), aligned with a colorful asterism of nearby stars of our Milky Way consisting of:

Double star HD109942 (brighter yellow), visual magnitude 7.21
Double star HD109983 (central red), m8.77
Star TYC 881-803-1 (blue), m9.23
Star TYC 881-860-1 (dimmer yellow), m9.58

...besides a bountiful bonanza of background galaxies.

This FOV caught my eye while I was doing a mosaic of the Markarian Chain last year (https://www.astrobin.com/d0iu7p/) and these subs have been languishing on the hard drive since then.
