Been wanting to expand my object choices for a while now and this is a new one for me. Shocking as I have been doing astrophotography since 1995. Originally I intended this to be a mosaic project with SGP but timing with another object was not going to work. So I picked this interesting FOV with the dark structure. Has a M16 pillars feeling to it. This also reinforces that fact I need a wider FOV instrument. I have a 8"f/4 newt, but currently having optical issues I need to work on. Maybe a refractor is in my future...
