Description

This represents my first effort imaging M 51. I obtained most of the data at my club's dark site on 1 June, 2019. My imaging system was quietly doing its thing when I went to sleep but I awoke to find that it had not collected any blue subframes! I set up in my back yard on 5 June and collected the missing blue data. This image was very noisy and definitely would have benefitted from more integration time.
