After two years I photographed the Pleiades again. The first time was in November 2019 (
https://www.astrobin.com/shzi32/). Now with a telescope and a cooled camera instead of a DSLR with a telephoto lens. I also used much longer exposures thanks to the AM5 mount and processed the images within PixInsight. Quite a difference in quality and proof that I am progressing with my astrophotography skills.
When I planned this observation I actually wanted to set up my autofocus and meet with my fellow astro club mates. The Pleiades were only an 'embarrassment target'. Quite low above the horizon but rising before the 80% moon appeared after two hours.
I added ten additional frames from the same object I took end of August at almost new moon when I tested my AM5 mount the very first time. I took them with almost the same configuration at the very same location.
