Description

This field displays IC5076 and the Ear nebula (IPHASX J205013.7+465518), a very weak PN in Cygnus, just north from America neb.

After looking carefully to this image, I noticed a small round nebula at the following position: 20h53'49.60 +46°46'47.2

This small round nebula (approx. 68") with a star near the center is extremely faint and is detected both in Ha/NII (5nm bandwidth filter) and OIII. Nothing detected with broadband RGB filters.

According to Aladin (http://aladin.u-strasbg.fr/), nothing recorded at this location.

After some checks and finally after contacting Agnes Acker, professional astronomer at the Strasbourg university and specialist in PN, this object is now officially recognized as a "possible PN".
