Description

Finally got two clear nights after weeks of cloud here, with a few hours moonless too. I had some images planned, but needed something to fill the early slot from 6 - 9pm on day 2, so thought I'd shoot a 2 panel broadband mosaic covering the complete extent of the nebulosity around NGC 7822. However - in my haste, I didn't plug my fixed 88 degree rotation into NINA's framing tool, and somehow didn't notice the incorrect rotation when I composed the mosaic. So - the end result is barely a mosaic, and doesn't cover the target as I wished!  I will return to this and do it properly, but I suspect it won't be this season, so I present here what I have - it does at least cover the main parts of the target!

I'm a bit confused about the cataloguing of the various bits of nebulosity here. Pixinsight tells me the bright central piece is NGC 7822. Sky Safari calls that Cederblad 214 and the piece to the right of the frame here NGC 7822. There are various LBN designations (and dark LDNs) too.
