Description

As the sky did not want to clear up last night, the only target left was the moon.
Here I tried to create a LRGB image, using the lucky imaging technique.
I was really surprised how flawless the StarAlignment process in Pixinsight can handle moon-pictures without any stars. Very happy with the result.

I had actually planned for this night to test my new reducer on a DSO object for compatibility with my Mak. But only the moon offered itself, and so I tried this out.
At least on the moon the reducer with the Mak cuts a good figure.
