Description

M78 in RGB. There were some clear but very cold nights (-30F) this week in northern Minnesota. This is one of the targets, I am going to try to add some L pics at 900 seconds. I like the dark nebula and I'd like to try an get a better S/N ratio in that area.

Description: Captured 18 frames of L at 900 second exposure (4 1/2 hours). This did a much better job of seeing the dust.
