Description

What do you do when the sky is completely covered with a thin layer of high clouds, but you still want to have some fun with the equipment? Answer: Aim at a bright star and shoot way. This is Zosma. The bright glow around the star was caused by the cloud layer.

I was interested in testing PixInsight satellite rejection. One of the green sub-frames had a really bright satellite trail across it. It's completely gone in the final image thanks to PixInsight satellite rejection.
