EN - Back after 1 year without being able to do astrophotography for health reasons, it is awesome to be able to pull out the telescope and spend the night under the stars!
To mark the occasion, I wanted to return on the famous Andromeda Galaxy that I had not been able to shoot with the 6D modified.
As a reminder, it is a spiral galaxy located about 2.55 million light-years from the Sun, in the constellation of Andromeda. With a visual magnitude of 3.4, the Andromeda galaxy is one of the few galaxies observable with the naked eye from Earth in the northern hemisphere. It is also one of the largest objects in the celestial vault, with an apparent diameter of 3.18°, more than six times the apparent diameter of the Lune observed from Earth. (Wikipedia)

FR – De retour après 1 an sans pouvoir faire d’astrophotographie pour raison de santé, quel bonheur de pouvoir ressortir le matos et passer la nuit sous les étoiles !
Afin de marquer le coup, j’ai souhaité retourner sur la célèbre Galaxie d’Andromède que je n’avais pas pu shooter avec le 6D défiltré partiel.
Pour rappel, c’est une galaxie spirale située à environ 2,55 millions d'années-lumière du Soleil, dans la constellation d'Andromède. Avec une magnitude visuelle de 3,4, la galaxie d'Andromède est l’une des rares galaxies observables à l'œil nu depuis la Terre dans l’hémisphère nord. C’est également l'un des objets les plus étendus de la voûte céleste, avec un diamètre apparent de 3,18°, soit plus de six fois le diamètre apparent de la Lune observée depuis la Terre. (Wikipedia)
