Description

NGC 7635, also known as the Bubble Nebula is created by the stellar wind from a massive hot, 8.7 magnitude young central star, SAO 20575. This widefield view also captures part of the Lobster claw nebula (Sh2-157) which lies just northeast of the Bubble nebula in Cassiopeia. I got limited time on this target due to many cloudy nights, so the image is from just 48 x 300s light frames that were calibrated, integrated, and processed in Pixinsight.
