Description

Cederblad 214 – NGN 7822 H-HSO

Emission nebula with dark nebulae in Cepheus, at 3000 LY.

The Pillars of Creation in the center are slender columns of cold gas and dark dust, forming and evaporating in the energetic light emitted by young massive stars (NASA).

Right in the center is V398 Cephei, a star with 100,000x more energy than our sun (at 900 LY).

The Cederblad 214 nebula is characterized by a strong radiation in OIII, which makes the charm of a very attractive color composition.

H-HSO with a total of 8.5 hrs of exposure at different durations (3, 7 and 8 min/frame) to capture the HDR effect at the brightest center.
