Description

NGC 2403 is a wonderful but as yet unnamed intermediate spiral galaxy. It is quite difficult to image with a medium focal length and offers little contrast, appearing at first mainly in shades of blue. It benefits greatly from a septarate capture of Ha. I combined the Ha data (extracted from the DNB) and the RGBn data using the NBRGB script in pixinsight. For the rest, the processing was fairly straightforward, the effort being to use the usual tools sparingly and accurately. I hope you enjoy!
Clear skies,
Patrice
