Description

The Lagoon and Trifid Nebula

This is my SHOW version of the Lagoon project from southern Italy ( please take a look at my last post). The S2 signal worked like a detail booster. The exposure time of the S2 channel is 37x 5min. That adds up to 11.5 hours with the H-alpha and O3 channels.

The two objects are about 5000 light years away from our sun. Due to their strong luminosity, they are two great objects that can be observed with binoculars. that's exactly what I did while the camera was running and collecting the photons, just lean back and be amazed.

Thanks for looking
Daniel
