Description

The weather has been disastrous! When I have had an hour here or an hour there I have had issues with guiding. I am using a USB hub and N.I.N.A and for some reason Nina keeps switching off my guide camera and restarting but using my imaging camera as the guide camera.............. both cameras are touptek so can only assume that this is a driver/Ascom issue. Only way to solve this is to not plug my guide camera into the USB hub but directly into my imaging laptop - not ideal.

Anyway, I used Betelgeuse as a target for testing and produced this very simple image. I think its quite nice............ and with all the recent news regarding it, a very apt target. When will it explode, tomorrow or in 10,000 years, will it puff and dim again? Who knows?

Hopefully with a bit of luck I'll be able to complete some of my ongoing projects.
