Description

Ngc 6503 classified as a dwarf spiral. It’s out all by itself up in the “local void” area in the northern corner of Draco just below the Little Dipper. It’s estimated to be 17 million light years distant and is only about 30,000 in diameter, which makes it about 1/3 the size of the Milky way.
