Description

Cederblad 214 is the most brilliant part of NGC7822, a large HII region located 3000 light years away from our sun. One can also see on this pictures three open clusters which are, from top to bottom and right to left, King 11, NGC7762 and Berkeley 59. NGC7762, the most brilliant one, was discovered by Sir William Herschel between 1787 and 1798.

I already took a picture of this nebula in 2017 but in the 2022 picture I turned the image by 90° in order to include in the field the Three open clusters.
