Description

IC417 is an emission nebula approximately 100 light years across. It is located about 10,000 light years from Earth in the constellation Auriga, while NGC 1931 (the Fly) is about 7,000 light years away.

Gathered Ha data on these targets and RGB data for the stars.
I included the Ha mono version which highlights the details,
and the color HA-RGB version is also included.

Reprocessed this time in PI. Blended some of the RGB nebula into the Ha image.

Thanks for looking!
Clear Skies,
Pete

Title: Ha version in mono

Description: You just can't beat the mono version to be able to see fine details, it seems.
So I added it here :)
