Description

More work left pending and finished despite the adverse weather. Ngc 7023, commonly known as Iris Nebula, the brightest of the reflection nebulae located in the constellation of Cepheus, an area particularly rich in dark clouds and dust illuminated (precisely by reflection) from the surrounding stars. Very difficult subject from urban skies due to its many shades.
