Description

Integrated flux nebulae (IFN) or galactic cirrus.  Milky Way molecular clouds when viewed outside the plane of the galaxy and when not being directly illuminated by nearby stars (Pleiades) will reflect integrated light from many stars in the Milky Way.  The result is a mostly grey cloud.  Careful background removal and imaging from a dark site help bring out IFN.
16 Red, 12 Green, 12 Blue over two nights 9 and 10 October 2021.
