Description

I missed the closest approach of Mars this year because of "mostly unpleasant atmospheric conditions" for me but at least I could get some okay(ish) material back in September. So, I finally processed all the 30 videos I made. I preprocessed the videos in PIPP (cropping, sorting, RGB channel separation) and then worked my way through them via AutoStakkert 3 (stacking the 10% best frames), FitsWork (RGB combination and alignment), Registax (RGB balance and wavelet sharpening), Winjupos (de-rotation of 5 stacks) and final tweaking in Photoshop. I think the result is decent for just the one good opportunity I had.
