Description

First attempt at Narrow Band imaging. Second night was all OIII but, the moon did rise about 2 hours into the session.

Description: Reprocessed the data using DBE, after the HOO pixel math, to try and take care of the light/moon pollution on the right side of the image. Slightly different curves adjustments, trying to bring out more of the Ha (red).

Description: An additional 2 hours of Ha data and some new processing techniques and scripts in PixInsight. Utilized the NSG script on my OIII data, image tweaks made on a starless image and blended back into the original.

Description: This should be the final update for this image, I am considering this one done for now and moving on to a new target.

Gathered an additional 4 hours of Oxygen III data. Reprocessed all of the data using PixInsight. WBPP to stack, align, and register. Dynamic Crop of the Ha and OIII masters as well as DBE and EZ Denoise on each. Pixel Math to create the HOO image (R-Ha, B-OIII, G-65% OIII, 15% Ha). Starnet used to create a starless image. Curves and Histogram Transformation done on the starless image and then blended back into the original using the Blend script. EZ Star reduction (Adam Block method) to produce the final image.
