Description

The weather is still (as expected) in a stage of being an Astro imaging enemy here in Florida, hence going back to acquired images in the Spring, luckily there are still some left. Even if this image was a "little filler" taken between other main targets. I always try to find a pair of galaxies to image since my focal length is really not large enough to pick out major details of galaxies, especially if they are not in the "neighborhood" 😊.

The L layer was obtained by combining all three channels, somehow forgot to take them, which is always a blame to the image taker, one should know better.

Data of the targets (Wikipedia):

NGC 3501: Distance 77+-6 MLY; Diameter: 90 KLY

NGC 3507: Distance: 45-65 MLY; Diameter: ~45 KLY

Would have liked to find some information about PGC1556168 (since pretty well visible) or the other PGC galaxies, but it looks like that even Google is clueless about those 😊.
