Description

Omega Centauri Cluster (NGC5139) is a globular cluster in the constellation of Centaurus and is the brightest, largest, and most massive globular star cluster in the Milky Way. Centre of the image uncropped was NGC5139, when processing I discovered I had captured (very faintly) C77 and C83. Had to leave them in as the are the furthest object I've captured.

Pretty happy with the imaging, although it's really stretching the capability untracked.

Gear:

Nikon AF-S 18-140mm f3.5-5.6 G ED (70mm @ f/5)

50 darks

50 bias

Integration time: 1,005s / 16min 45s
