Description

I think Sh2-280 is underrated simply due to its proximity to brighter targets, especially for those of us who shoot mostly narrowband. It’s pretty faint though, as this image took over 14 hours of exposure time. Due to its low declination, it is only above 30-degrees of altitude from 10pm to 4am, so this took three nights to accumulate.
