Classification of Professional / Amateur Pictures

Would be nice to have a classification for photos taken for professional purposes, with professional equipment (how about robotic telescopes? 3rd category?).

Based on that new things could be implemented like search / browse by professional, grouping on the wall, different "image of the day".

H xordi,
this will definitely happen, at least for classification and filtering purposes. We'll see how this will, if it will, affect the IOTD.

Yes I agree with this as well. I just posted an image I took of M42's core taken from a remote telescope using itelescope T-24 system. This imaging system cost near $100,000 U.S. Dollars and should be in a specific catagory. I did mention in my basic information for clarification that this was imaged remotely using itelescope.
I did not want to mislead anyone to think I own the gear and use it in my backyard; although it did cost me nearly $1.00 per minute to rent the time.
