My subscription seems to have run out at the beginning of the year - whereas I thought I had at least another fortnight to run.

Reading comments on another post I am wondering whether every-one is now renewing at the beginning of the year.
Is this right?

I haven't renewed yet as I have no images to post at the moment.

Hello Carastro,

My "Lite" subscription ends April 26. If I renew then, I will get another 12 months from that date. So no need to renew at the beginning of the year.

I have a similar question, if someone happen to have an answer :
I can upload 12 images during the 12 months, but suppose I want to upload one more image (#13) after 10 months. Can I renew before the expiration date and run 12 new months from that date (and how is that done ) ? Or maybe I will have to use the Premium plan which is too much for me ?

Hi Carole,
yes, not sure why your account was set to expire on January 3rd when your payment came in on January 11th. Sorry about the inconvenience, if any!

Hi Ragnar,
unfortunately that use case is not supported, but should that happen just let me know and I can sort it out manually!

Thanks Salvatore, yes I was sure my subscription wasn't actually due beginning of January so that came as a bit of a surprise when I wanted to upload an experiment which I have uploaded to my local Astro group now.

Will renew when I get something to upload, so that will change my membership date to a later date anyway.
