Reducers for Newton

17 Sep, 2018 22:56
Hello people, i have 250/1250 Newton, and since my coma corrector is broken i am looking towards corrector/reducer. Thing is, that reducers for Newtons costs 2-3 times more than for other types of telescopes. So question is, if its possible to use some from other types, like CS, or i need to get proper one, and if so, what would be better for me,  i am using Atik 490exm (16 mm diognal ,3.69 pixel).
p.s. Why asking - do not want to risk 600-900 euros. And big thanks for advices, suggestions.
